At your door. Off your to-do list.
Simple doorstep trash and recycling instructions for residents at participating High Tide communities.
A cleaner way to call it a night.
Bag your trash securely.
Tie bags closed so waste stays contained. Do not leave loose waste, liquids, broken glass, or hazardous materials outside.
Use your assigned bin.
Set bags inside the approved container within your community's designated time window, keeping sidewalks and exits open.
Bring the bin back in.
After collection, return your container to your unit according to community policy.
Give recyclables the right start.
- Check your property's accepted-material list
- Empty and clean approved containers when required
- Flatten and prepare cardboard as directed
- Keep batteries, hazardous materials, and sharps out of curbside streams
Your questions, answered.
What time should I put my trash outside?
Follow the collection window issued by your property management. Pickup windows may differ across communities.
Is collection really available seven nights per week?
Some communities choose the seven-night option, while others may select a different schedule. Check your lease, welcome materials, or your community manager for your actual service nights.
Can I leave furniture or other large items at my door?
No, not through standard trash valet service. Large items require separate arrangements and permission from property management.
Can I recycle glass or plastic bags?
Acceptance varies by local recycling provider. Never assume that all glass, plastics, or bagged recyclables will be accepted; check your community's current rules.
Who should I contact if there is a missed pickup?
Contact your community's management team using its normal service channel and provide your building/unit and the date of the issue. Your community may have a separate procedure for reporting service concerns.
